Refund policy

As all items are made to order, All sales are final, we do not do refunds for online orders. Pre orders cannot be refunded due to our all sales are final policy, if you made a pre order you will receive your product. Exchanges are accepted for items in stock only.  Please contact us if you have questions or want to inquire about an exchange by emailing sales@pouje.co.uk

When exchanging an item it must not be worn, washed, damaged, or altered in any way. Do not ship any merchandise back without getting confirmation from us and the correct return address.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
